Processing Time  
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase. Once your order has been processed and packaged, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

During high-demand drops or new releases, processing times may extend slightly due to order volume.

Shipping Times  
Estimated delivery times after shipment:

• United States: 3–7 business days  
• International: 7–14 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on location, carrier delays, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking  
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your package.

Shipping Address Accuracy  
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Bluestrips Worldwide is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you notice an error with your address, please contact us immediately before the order is shipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages  
Bluestrips Worldwide is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

International Orders  
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or fees required by their country. These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by Bluestrips Worldwide.
